She is currently President of the Guild.   EXPERIENCE      Management –Ellie Ludvigsen has thirty-six years of management experience. Management positions have included Administrator of Youth Services in NYC, Policy and Program Director, Program Development Director, and Special Projects Director, Treasurer, Membership Director, and President of the Greater Castle Rock Art Guild. She is currently Partner and CFO of Jon A Yamamoto Photography, LLC and CEO of Fine Art To Go, LLC, a Colorado-based fine art business that rents, rents to buy, and sells fine art to businesses and individuals.   Business – Currently Ellie Ludvigsen is working for the Greater Castle Rock Art Guild to establish an art center and gallery. She also owns her own professional photography business with Jon A Yamamoto call Jon A Yamamoto Photography, LLC with an DBA called Fine Art ToGo, LLC, a business that rents, rents to buy, and sells fine art from local artists. Have five years managing the operation of a book-store. Owned and managed a consulting business, specializing in organizational transformation and leadership programs for 15 years.   Professional Photographer – Ellie Ludvigsen has used photography in her work since 1968, starting with development & implementation of a communication arts program in NYC for gang members. Knowing that often people are visual learners, in her training and consulting positions she used photography extensively to illustrate concepts. For the past 9 years, she has focused on her photography for photography’s sake. Exhibits: She has exhibited her work in a number of venues, including ‘Heaven Art Gallery’, in Asbury Park, NJ, the Wild Life Experience, Lone Tree Art Center, the Tri- Lakes Art Center, the Imagine Center for the Visual and Performing Arts, Parker Main Street Gallery, and the Alliance Française de Denver. She consistently wins recognition and awards. She & Jon A Yamamoto have an extensive exhibit on Cuba that has been at KUVO Jazz Radio Station in Denver, Imagine Center in Castle Rock, Breckenridge,  in 2012 all in Colorado. 2012. Her extensive travels have been critical in shaping the type of work she does. She also teaches classes for beginning and intermediate photographers.                                           Training/Teaching/Training Design – Ellie Ludvigsen is an experienced trainer in leadership development, interpersonal and organizational change management, including conducting numerous seminars and experiential trainings for public and private organizations. She has four years experience as an adjunct professor at St. Johns University and 6 months experience with the OLLI program out of Denver University as coordinator of their arts programs.  She has designed and written numerous curriculums.    Consulting – Ellie Ludvigsen has twenty years of internal and external consulting experience with a variety of community, public and private organizations in the areas of in organizational transformation, community organization, cultural and gender diversity and reconciliation, leadership, creativity, team building, volunteerism, nonprofit board development, etc.   Community Development – For over thirty-eight years, Ellie Ludvigsen has been active in of community development activities  including current work with in Douglas County Colorado to introduce people to the visual arts. She conducted the initial community work and proposal writing to declare a Brooklyn community a poverty area, identified, awarded and monitored youth services contracts to community agencies, one of the advance team which developed community government/planning boards in NYC, developed programs and approaches to bring communities and victims into the criminal justice system, broke ground in inter-agency cooperative programming, and developed and implemented a six-agency and community program  for youth in Illinois that became a proto-type.   Volunteer Programming –Ellie Ludvigsen wrote and implemented training programs for volunteers. She ran entire projects with as many as 45 volunteers at a time within the criminal justice system and now with the Greater Castle Rock Art Guild. Ellie became was awarded the Mayor’s award as the best volunteer manager in NYC as well as recognition with the under-graduate and graduate programs within NYC colleges and universities as a sought after volunteer manager.   Program Design/Implementation – Ellie Ludvigsen developed and implemented programs for interagency collaboration, communication arts, visual arts, personal violence, sexual abuse, drug & alcohol treatment, restorative justice, organizational change, leadership development and other aspects of program and organizational development in the criminal justice system and with other organizations including the Greater Castle Rock Art Guild. She has written and managed numerous grants.    Advocacy – Ellie Ludvigsen has chaired a number of task forces in the areas of domestic violence, restorative justice,  assault and abuse, victim services, visual arts, and nonprofit development. She has developed policies to address a host of issues in the criminal justice system in NYC and ongoing in Castle Rock, Colorado relating to the visual arts and has testified before governmental and audit agencies both in NYC and Colorado.
